Provisioning License Fee
Each client would need to purchase a provisioning Server that would have a Prebuilt OS with all necessary components required to run EntrustedMe Products.
Please note that these are server that consume resources so there is an year-cost associated with them even if no events are planned on the service.
If the service is not in use also – the Yearly Renewal Fees is applicable.
We Recommend to do a Bank Transfer Scheduled each year to avoid any disconnection. All our license and provisioning fee and services are PRE PAID.
All costs are paid via your wallets only, so topping UP of your wallet via WIRE TRANSFER is very important, well before an event. It is always recommended to keep additional amounts in wallets to ensure the application is up and running always.

Licensing of EntrustedMe products is based on 2 Types

- Per Event Licensing
- Galileo Events (AGM/EGM/BOD)
- Payment and Subscription Form Collection Sites
- Bulk Email and SMS
Both of these license types depend on an Already Provisioned Server and its licensing is described in its own section above.
